when you get to 160kgs that’s just blatantly self harm. There’s no way your body isnt aching at that weight.
that depends on your height. But yes 160kg is overweight in any height. Tyson Fury is a heavyweight boxer at 206cm tall, and just 120kg+ but Mike here says he’s 160kg.
