Googling Article 177 reveals that from 2017 to 2023, it read:

A person who, through assault or intimidation, forcibly engages in vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse or oral intercourse (together, “sexual intercourse”) with another person of not less than thirteen years of age is guilty of the crime of forcible sexual intercourse, and is punished by imprisonment for a definite term of not less than five years. The same applies to a person who engages in sexual intercourse against another person under thirteen years of age.

Apparently now, Chapter XXII, Article 177. Rape reads: A person who, through assault or intimidation forcibly commits sexual intercourse with a female of not less than thirteen years of age commits the crime of rape and shall be punished by imprisonment with work for a definite term of not less than 3 years.
