I wonder if this is actually the cover for this release?

I checked it on Javtrailers and its pretty much the same, although it’s Nao chan posing while in the bed. So this must be a tight budget movie, but what makes this better for me is that its gonzo style.

Basically this probably is just an actress extra horny and didnt want much shenanigans so she just had the studio to do her gonzo style sex and she picks her partner.
