My cell’s translate tells me that means Nicholas Kenji

It comes right after a credit that reads:

阿部ちゃん Abe-Chan

阿部 being Abe

Which I presume is the actor credit for the first skit’s actor

阿部智広 Tomohiro Abe

So – Pretty sure the other actor, star of the second skit, is ニコラス健治 Nicholas Kenji

This name ニコラス健治 Nicholas Kenji is also in [NSPS-487], in the opening credits of that move at 0:00:31
