This is a multi-skit, multi family movie.

To my surprise, on viewing this after Randerthall’s comment drew my interest, I saw my favorite Japanese AV actor, Itagaki cast as the husband in the second skit, coming on at 36:56

Love Itagaki in anything.

As to the male cast with the sex scenes, if I recall, this features a man with tattooed arms referred to as Nino from Italy, and a French actor introduced as Alain. . .
