She of many names.

Suzumiya Haruka (Onami Aya) (Sazanami Aya)

涼宮遙香 (小那海あや) (佐々波綾)

(Those are the ones JAVLibrary has – but with an apparent misspelling (Konami Aya)
Seems the site has tagged her 263 times.

I’d posted about her names once, and got a devoted reply by a devoted (and literate) fan that read:

it’s not Konami

Let’s stop this piece of misinformation, shall we?

She was never “Konami Aya”. She goes nowadays by the name of “Onami Aya”, written with the 小 characters that is also read “ko” or “shou” — but the proper reading is “o”.

And “Onami” phonetically sounds like “little wave” which is the same thing as her former name “Sazanami”. Which makes sense because we cannot use her former name but wants to connect to her earlier AV persona.
