This movie’s title, or should I say, this series’ title, must be very hard for computers (or people) to translate. At least when its all run together. But I had more luck separating the lines of the title in Google Translate.
SUPJAV once went with this disastrously wrong translation
“Married Woman At Men’s Beauty Salon Is Made To Wear Elephant Pants . . .”
Very similar to that site’s decimating the title of the first installment in the series.
However, Google Translate gave me this for the separated language of the \first line of the writing on the cover

I googled the meaning of ぞうさんパンツ
The first results I got were so innocent
AI told me all kinds of nice things in its response. Things about patterns of cute little animals decorating the clothes of happy people. Especially in Thailand.
The next results were a bit sexual, but off base. They showed images of “Elephant Pants” that are full leg length billowing, patterned pants, also known as “Harem” pants.
(Why ask why)
I finally got results that were more like in this movie, describing underwear with separate penis and scrotum assemblies, something like what’s in the movie.
Conclusion. AI can be very sexually innocent at times, very sexually confused at others.
Guess the computer programmers haven’t had “the talk” with their creations. . .
