Nothing against the model, I want to say that immediately.
She has remained with the same studio (Moodyz) since getting into porn, yet her alias has changed 3 times (maybe it’s 2 times) in 14 months. That’s got to create confusion in those who are following her career, which is counter-productive in terms of marketability ? Maybe she’s changed talent agencies different times (?) , if so there might have been something going on that she wasn’t happy about ? Long story short-er, I hope she stays with this current name, but since Kira Kira (which means ‘sparkly’ in Japanese) is the name of a studio, her current name probably won’t be one she sticks with for any length of time.

wtf are you on about? her name has been the same since debut, 輝星きら. if you think it’s changing in english it’s because people are poor translators.

No, what I said makes perfect sense. Kira Kisei is not Kira Kira. I get what you’re telling me that her name in Japanese has remained the same. But this site names models in English script rather than in Japanese. And her ‘English’ model name is different now, including her model tag.

Perhaps my replies to your top comment weren’t visible yet when you typed up the above.

Her Romanized model name has never changed.

If you had seen my replies, below, when you typed this reply that claims “her ‘English’ model name is different now” – when it isn’t, I’d be curious as to your thoughts about them.

I have this general theory that names should be spelled correctly – consistently.

In the context of AV idols, that means spelling names, when Romanized, the way they are spelled officially – in on screen credits, or on movie covers, or on SNS sites. . . .

Thus, for example, Tono Miho , or Tohno Miho, which that idol has used, and not Tsuno Miho, which she never used.

I’ve seen Many replies that use the name “WTF” and the word “entitled” when I comment on that Romanized spelling issue. But I’ve wondered whether a name-stealing troll was typing those.

Your thoughts on whether the AV sites of the world should make any efforts at all to try to spell an idol’s name the way it is spelled on her covers, on screen credits, or in her SNS?

And as I said, her English name is changing because people are poor translators. It has nothing to do with her or her agencies changing her alias. They work with their Japanese names and have nothing to do with sites like this

You brought up an interesting subject about the names and/or alias changes

Because I noticed that the site now shows the model/idol’s face and alias/akas if we click on her actress name hyperlink

For “Kira Kira” it reads:

Kira Kira

Alias: 輝星きら, きらきら, kisei kira

But I don’t know how reliable the site’s info is. In the case of this young lady, I think she’s used the exact same name consistently, and that computer translation programs run amok may have misled you.

I looked back at her 2024-12-03 debut. (From 14 months ago)

Right on the cover it reads:

KIRA KIRA

In huge letters, romanized.

and

輝星きら

(In BIGGER letters – which Google translate Romanized as Teru-boshi Kira and translated as Kira the Bright Star)

Yet the site didn’t type up her Romanized name as KIRA KIRA for her debut in its title translation or its introduction.

[MIDV-936] New exclusive Kira Kisei. A galactic one-of-a-kind gem with a mix of innocence and naughtiness

Similarly, for a cover where the site translated her name yet differently

[MIDA-175] First overnight date, she’s cute even without makeup.raw, passionate sex and real footage. Kira Kagayaki

/?s=MIDA-175

On the cover, it reads “KIRA KITA” in HUGE Romanized letters – VERY clearly.

I like the idea the site has debuted of listing alias names when one opens the actress hyperlink.

But getting the akas right could prove to be a lot of potentially error-laden work.

Found it interesting that the studio ” kira☆kira ” does not print its name on its movie covers in Nippongo/Nihongo

/maker/kira☆kira/

But that this idol does consistently seem to ALWAYS uses the same name in 日本語, Nihongo

輝星きら

(Google translate Romanized her name as “Teru-boshi Kira”

and translated as Kira the Bright Star)

I looked on the AV-Wiki to see if it listed any other names for her, any movies she’s done that the site didn’t post. It did not. Tried the same with the Sougouwiki / seesaawiki – but got confused by its layout.

I did a google search for ” きらきら ” – the other name the site listed in its AKA/Alias listings we see with her actress hyperlink

Didn’t get a hit to her.

But did get a hit leading right to to the studio kira☆kira’s website. . .

And yet didn’t see ” きらきら ” anywhere on that kira☆kira website.

Decided search engines and translation programs work in mysterious ways.
