Wondered – why the amateur tab?

Then noticed the running time. Only 38:19 running time

There was a whole 1:05:40 running tome for part one, for SEVEN-033.

Do Short movies get tagged amateur automatically? By some rule of thumb?
And why would Faleno / Botan make a 38 minute part two to a 1:05:40 movie?

Why not just make a 1:45:00 movie?

If anyone knows, would love to hear the reasons.

Also wondered – Why was the studio tag to Nana?
