What an interesting ending, with the husband finding the rope.

Can’t wait to read this subtitled, to (hopefully) understand what she says to explain it, thinking on the fly. . .

But generally. As always, this series is wonderful. And this one had so much to recommend it.

Computer translations can be so frustrating.

Went thru a subtitled version of this.

At 1:48:43, they have the husband holding the rope, and asking:

“Hey. Did you have this at home?”

At 1:48:50, that translation has her answering:

“I think I forgot it when I came to your house the other day.”

There Has to be more to it than that.

On thing I always loved about this site is that when it posts a subtitled movie, the translations make sense. Like a caring human fluent in both languages actually thought about making an accurate translation that reads well. Instead of just a poorly operating computer app.

Hope someone sees this who can translate her response in a way that isn’t just . . . . frustrating. . .
